Welcome to the United Methodist Church Westford!
We call ourselves "UMCW" for short, and we think of ourselves as a caring Christian community, committed to growing by God’s spirit. So even though this page is called "About Us", our church fellowship isn’t really about us! It’s about Jesus and our relationship to God and others through Him.
But if you’re here to learn more about UMCW, we should probably start with the motto of the United Methodist Church which is Open hearts, Open minds, Open doors. We didn’t make this video, but we’re sharing it with you here because it expresses that same thought.
So the first thing we want you to know "About Us" is that we really want everyone to feel welcome!
Are we perfect? Are we all alike? Do we even all always agree? The truth is no.
But the truth also is that our fellowship has thrived for almost 150 years as we've worked together to know God and to serve Him and the communities surrounding Westford.
We look forward to the future as we connect, grow, worship and serve together in Christ. We hope you'll visit us sometime soon!

Sunday Worship Gatherings:
- 9:30am (Traditional)
- 11:00am (Contemporary)
Communion:
- The first Sunday of the month during worship, open to everyone regardless of religion or age.
Church School:
- Provided for children in pre-school through high school during 9:30am traditional worship.
- At 11:00am contemporary gathering, families worship together.
Childcare:
- Provided during 9:30am traditional worship for infants through pre-school.
- Babies welcome at the 11:00am contemporary worship gathering!
Facility:
- Beautiful 100+ year old sanctuary, combined with a state-of-the-art education wing.

- Regular Hours (September through May)
- 8:00am-12:00pm Monday through Friday
- Summer Hours (June through August):
- 8:00am-12:00pm Wednesday and Thursday
